NetOkay v0.2.0 is a public prerelease. A published Control service, a GitHub tarball, source capability, and npm publication are separate states.

Now

Production Control is published and online at netokay.net.
Human Terminal runs use the verified GitHub v0.2 tarball and Node 24.
Public v0.2 predates CAP-0007; Agent handoff is unavailable in that artifact.
npm is not published.
